Terms and Conditions of Use

Article 1 — Purpose
These Terms govern the use of the storeuro.com platform, published by AMG (SARL), 260 Chemin de Tombouctou, 83200 Toulon, France. Storeuro is a classified ads service connecting users who wish to buy, sell, rent, exchange or give away goods and services.
Article 2 — Acceptance
Creating an account and using the site implies full and complete acceptance of these Terms.
Article 3 — Registration
The user must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information. They are responsible for keeping their credentials confidential. One account per person.
Article 4 — Role of Storeuro
Storeuro is a simple technical intermediary for connecting users. AMG is not a party to transactions, does not own the goods, and does not guarantee the quality, conformity, or delivery of the goods and services offered.
Article 5 — Publishing listings
The user warrants that they own the goods offered and have the right to sell them. Prohibited in particular: illegal, counterfeit, dangerous or regulated products (weapons, drugs, protected species…); content that is abusive, discriminatory, violent or pornographic; fraudulent, misleading or duplicate listings. AMG reserves the right to moderate or remove any non-compliant listing without notice.
Article 6 — User responsibility
Each user is solely responsible for the content they publish and the transactions they enter into. Disputes between users are resolved directly between them.
Article 7 — Transaction safety
It is recommended to prefer meetings in safe locations, to verify the item before payment, and never to pay or transfer money outside of agreed methods. Storeuro is not responsible for scams between users.
Article 8 — Intellectual property
The brand, logo and site structure belong to AMG. By publishing a listing, the user grants AMG a licence to display their content on the site.
Article 9 — Platform liability
AMG strives to ensure the availability of the site but does not guarantee uninterrupted operation and cannot be held liable for indirect damages.
Article 10 — Suspension / termination
AMG may suspend or delete any account in the event of non-compliance with these Terms.
Article 11 — Personal data
Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
Article 12 — Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, jurisdiction is assigned to the courts of Toulon, France.
