The safety of our users is our priority. Storeuro implements tools and rules to limit fraud risks and help you buy and sell with peace of mind.

Listing moderation

We monitor published listings and may remove them if they violate our rules (illegal, misleading or dangerous content). When in doubt, our team manually reviews certain content.

Reporting tools

The ‘Report’ button, found on listings, lets you inform us of suspicious content. Our teams analyse reports and act quickly if needed (listing removal, account suspension, etc.).

Tips to avoid scams

1Never send money to an unknown person without proof or security.
2Prefer meetings in public places, during the day.
3Beware of offers that are too good to be true.
4Never share your bank card codes, passwords or sensitive documents via messaging.
5If something seems suspicious, do not complete the transaction and contact us.
